Manama, May. 2 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,028.59 points, marking a decrease of 0.47 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the drop in the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 785.55 points, marking a decrease of 0.87 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 61 equity transactions took place with a volume of 527,098 worth BD 345,420.
Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 78.47% of the total value of securities traded.
