Manama, May 8 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,026.96 points, marking an increase of 3.19 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the Communication Services Sector and the Financial Sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 767.47 points, marking a decrease of 3.89 points below the previous closing.
Results indicated that 61 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,412,722, worth BD 585,555.
Investors traded mainly in the Financial Sector, representing 53.42% of the total value of securities traded.
