Manama, May 23 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,020.23 points, marking an increase of 4.55 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 796.36 points, marking an increase of 7.04 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 107 equity transactions took place with a volume of 99,739,949 worth BD 9,942,217.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 96.83% of the total value of securities traded.
