Manama, July 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued Law No. (8) of 2023.
According to the law, the Artemis agreements regarding the principles of cooperation in civil exploration and the use of the moon, Mars, comets and asteroids are ratified for peaceful purposes, after the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives.
The Artemis Accords was released on October 13, 2020.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this Law, which shall come into force immediately and be published in the Official Gazette.
