Manama, May 26 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,020.41 points, marking an increase of 0.18 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the communication service sector and the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 799.56 points, marking an increase of 3.21 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 61 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,567,211 worth BD 441,690.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 46.82% of the total value of securities traded.
