National Day Padel Championship concludes

Manama, Dec. 24 (BNA): The curtain has fallen on the first National Day padel tournament, which was held at Padel Arena.

The tournament was attended by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Governor of the South, and attracted a number of professionals and amateurs.

He affirmed the Southern Governorate’s commitment to hosting such initiatives to celebrate national events, noting its keenness to spread awareness of the importance of sports and community partnership.

He stressed the importance of the championship, which aims to benefit from promising talents and provide them with opportunities to show their abilities.

His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa expressed his thanks to all the professional and amateur participants, as well as the organizers and sponsors.

84 amateur and professional players from Padel and 42 teams competed in the five-day tournament.
