He highlighted the important role that Bahraini women play in the National Coordination Council. He pointed out that women constitute 68% of the total number of employees and confirmed that 88% occupy leadership positions.
He also praised the important role played by the Equal Opportunities Committee of the National Coordination Council to include women’s needs in development plans and programs that promote equal opportunities and gender equality.
