Manama, August 5 (BNA) The Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak, affirmed the ministry’s keenness to improve the services provided to beneficiaries, stressing that their satisfaction is a basic criterion subject to continuous evaluation. .
This came during an inspection visit to the customer service center in Muharraq Municipality building, where he was accompanied by the Undersecretary of Municipal Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
The minister stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture to upgrade its services according to the latest standards. He also emphasized keenness to motivate all employees to creatively improve municipal services.
For his part, the Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs, M. Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa stressed that customer service centers in municipalities are important to further improve services and achieve people’s aspirations.
