Manama, November 6 (BNA) Muharraq Governor Salman bin Isa bin Hindi affirmed the strong historical brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Egypt, stressing keenness to strengthen them to achieve common aspirations.
He was speaking during a meeting with the Egyptian ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yasser Mohammed Ahmed Shaaban. He praised the distinguished bilateral relations thanks to the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.
The Egyptian ambassador expressed his thanks and respect to the governor, praising the cooperation in order to further consolidate the friendly relations between the two countries, wishing Bahrain further growth and prosperity.
