We are looking for a MEP Director to lead the relevant department on this landmark project.
We are looking for candidates with building experience as well as a working background of a property developer or PMC / engineering consultancy to carry out the following:
Quality control of mechanical and electrical professional design drawings and selection and cost of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Responsible for the design and management of water supply and drainage, strong and weak electrical, and HVAC for all projects from the project siting meeting to the post-evaluation period, and quality drawings. Progress is responsible.
The Project Responsible will go from positioning to during delivery of sales, customer service, cost, engineering and approval of electrical and professional technical support to be built.
Provide technical support after the bidding process and extend the scope of the deep design department.
Responsible for the development of regional mechanical and electrical design standards, and maintenance, and responsible for research and technological innovation in the area, application, promotion, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
In order to be shortlisted for an interview, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
– Certificate in mechanical, electrical, building services, or equivalent
10+ years experience in engineering
Experienced working as a MEP Manager for a real estate developer or PMC/Engineering Consultancy
– Experienced in Oman
– Ideally currently in Oman
