Mentorship Forum Middle East gathers top CEOs and mentorship experts ahead of 2nd annual event

Manama, October 17 (BNA) The Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) today announced the main themes and agenda for the second session of the forum scheduled to be held on November 11, 2021 at the Gulf Hotel in the Kingdom of Bahrain. the two seas. Held under the theme “Prioritizing Mentorship in a New World”, the forum unveiled the highlights of the upcoming gathering at an event and workshop in the presence of senior executives and mentoring experts from various sectors who support the development of the event and will appear as panelists, speakers and attendees.

This year’s event will cover the following topics: Mentoring and Addressing Talent Development Gaps in the Hybrid Workplace, Mentoring for Councils, Cross Mentoring and Leveraging Diverse Talent Pools, Technology Focused Mentoring, Mentoring for Entrepreneurs and SMEs, and Accelerated Mentoring.

As part of the activities that preceded the forum, a communication session was held with the participation of a group of HR managers and executives in several sectors to discuss how to enhance communication tools between entrepreneurs and executive departments in organizations to help accelerate career development.
