Manama, March 19 (BNA) The Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies organized the launch ceremony for the second edition of the Hospitality Program, which hosts a number of international diplomats from various member countries in Asia. Collaboration Dialogue (ACD).

She pointed out that this version of the program coincides with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s assumption of the presidency of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue, expressing her thanks and appreciation to the Asian Cooperation Dialogue for their assistance in facilitating the organization of this program.
She affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to the objectives of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue in enhancing cooperation between member states in all fields. She also indicated that the program aims to enhance the Kingdom’s presence on the world map, shed light on the cultural exchange between Bahrain and its counterparts from the world, and provide opportunities for exchanging experiences among the member states of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue.
ACD Secretary General, Dr. Purnchai Dhanviphathana, expressed his sincere appreciation to Bahrain for the initiative and hard work to set up the program this year as one of the activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ACD.
He stated that the “hospitality” program provides a place for diplomats to interact and exchange their views and experiences to deepen our economic relations, friendships and cooperation, adding that the program gives our society the opportunity to benefit from links and networking in all fields to enhance future cooperation in the spirit of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue.
The head of the Arab affairs sector at the ministry, Ahmed Muhammad Al-Tarifi, also delivered a speech in which he welcomed the participants.
He pointed out that the idea of “hospitality” was born 4 years ago with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa in 2018, when he launched the “Fikra” government innovation competition, which “Hospitality” was honored to win the first competition. Version.

The conference coincides with Bahrain’s presidency of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue for the period from 2021-2022, and about 20 diplomats from the member states of the organization will participate in the program.
