Job purpose
– The main purpose of the “Material Handler” – the function of electricity is to plan and arrange materials
responsibilities
– Receipt of material requirements (part of the production file) as stated in the BOM.
Planning the material requirements in each cell against the production plan.
Monitor and arrange material availability (standard stock/consumables/linked requisition) with the store.
Reporting material shortages and arranging replenishment with the store.
Coordination with the work cell staff for material shortages resulting from an error in the list of materials or issuance.
– Notify himself for Stock, PMT and Production Engineer.
– Pre-arrange material take-off against BOM.
Receipt of materials for the electrical department from the warehouse and the mechanics department.
Marking materials with project reference.
Keep materials in designated locations (eg racks, consumables containers/work cells, carts) and issue them in a timely manner.
– Ensure that materials are maintained in a safe and sound manner (eg, finished, semi-finished,
– raw materials, bulk structure; Free issued materials to customers, etc.) taking into account safety and arrangement of the workplace.
Receiving processed materials from abroad and arranging with quality control and the store to make an official receipt for the materials.
Marking and issuing materials to the work cell / centers and ensuring the availability of materials in the concerned cell.
Obtaining the material receiving mark (technician) on the receipt of proof of assignment to the work cell.
– Constantly update material status (issuance, shortage, broken/damaged

Formal reporting of defective materials in working cells, to the storage and production engineer, head of the production unit.
Inventory of physical materials (inventory) (outgoing, inventory, finished assemblies).
Report the same on a monthly basis to:
Store for excess or damaged stock.
– To PMT: Report ready, delivered / undelivered, damaged, excess material.
Notify materials/finished products to QC and inform PMT.
Notify production engineer of material ready for packing after quality control and client releases.
Arrange and plan dispatch of materials with PMT.
– Delivery of delivery notes to PMT.
Update material status (finished and/or in process/need to be reworked) to production planner on daily basis.
Follow all safety instructions.
Follows all established procedures and work instructions.
Performs another task that may be assigned (only if trained for the task).
– Performs various tasks assigned to him by his direct manager

Environmental Health and Safety Responsibilities
Complies with applicable health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and well-being of self and others
Identifies and reports to management on any health, safety or environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with supervisor’s instructions.
Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications
Electricity trade certificate.
– Ability to read and understand the list of articles.
More than one year of experience in the electrical panel manufacturing company.
– Good communication skill in English.
To be diligent and adaptable to different job requirements.
Familiar with basic computer functions such as MS Office.
