Our client is a leading automotive company, and they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, organize and implement local marketing and media activities/events, evaluate the results of each marketing activity, and conduct a post-event analysis report
• Monitor event budgets to ensure that limits are not exceeded. Prepared monthly reports
• Acquisition of leads through marketing events, enhance customer loyalty, maintain and update your CRM, and grow your lead database.
• Maintain and update merchant website content
• Build & maintain a healthy relationship with key local media in coordination with the Public Relations Manager
• Maintain and update social media as appropriate within company guidelines
• Specify details for the implementation of events
• Selection and management of service suppliers in line with established budgets
• Define event objectives and manage invitations
• Actively participate in planned initiatives
• Fully responsible for ensuring that all event materials fully comply with corporate identity guidelines
• Ensure post-event follow-up
• Proactive mining database to follow up on opportunities
• Ensure that the marketing model is satisfied
• Customer database management
• Analyzing and understanding the customer base structure, drawing the right conclusions and defining the right marketing strategy
• Coordination of customer communications plan (eg waiting list and after sales)
• Update leads/customer sections in CRM after every event
• Develop events and/or activities based on the logic of customer groups to maximize customer engagement
• Contact the service department. Coordination of welcome back campaigns
• Fully responsible for ensuring that all client documents and communications are fully compliant with corporate identity guidelines
• Analyze the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and agree on action plans with the headquarters to improve the KPIs directly related to marketing-related topics
• Building communication tools (above and below the line) to allow the merchant to promote their services, activities and experiences and also to promote services and experiences
• Coordination of customer complaints management
• Analyzing the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and agreeing work plans with the Headquarters
• Organizing monthly internal meetings with the Sales Manager and After Sales Service Manager to review CSI results and develop an action plan
• Retain and manage digital and social media marketing service providers
• Understand and oversee digital marketing campaigns, SEO/Search Engine Marketing (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) tactics to gain new customers
• Oversee email marketing campaigns to retain and engage existing customers
• Develop an annual marketing plan in accordance with the marketing guidelines
• Verify the effectiveness of marketing activities in terms of presence at events, lead acquisition rate and customer loyalty
• Develop and liaise with marketing partners to create joint marketing opportunities
• Cooperating with the sales department and after-sales services in providing marketing support to achieve commercial goals or on specific marketing activities
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing spending on all marketing initiatives and develop best practice initiatives
• Collaborate with the Sales and After-Sales Department in providing post-event reviews and follow-up
• Develop in-house training, mentor new marketing assistant and on-the-job training

Qualifications and requirements:
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles, luxury goods and/or the automotive industry
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• High standards for delivering the brand experience
• Gain character and ability to win and develop fruitful partnerships in the luxury industry
• Passionate about improvement and challenging goals
• A good listener and a persuasive communicator
