Opening in mid-2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will consist of a 345-room hotel, along with an 11,000 square meter rental market, a beach club, a theme park, and a water park. The resort will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Set to make its debut ahead of the World Cup, Rixos plans to provide a platform to showcase Qatar as a tourist destination. One of the country’s biggest attractions will be the water park on Qetaifan Island North, the Icon Tower, the tallest tower of its kind in the world, reaching 82 meters in height.

What will you do:

Provides support and assistance in creating a digital hotel plan in line with marketing and communications efforts.
Successfully plan, implement and drive digital strategies that drive long-term revenue across a range of sectors impacting consumer engagement, brand awareness and sales by proactively increasing revenue and moving business forward.
Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Create and deliver content for an integrated multi-channel social media strategy.
Ensure that corporate branding standards and legal compliance are met as per the Dubai Regional Office.
Work closely with the F&B and Sales department to map out the promotional activities for the year.
– Building and maintaining relationships with key local decision makers and the local social community to enhance the positive visibility of the hotel.
Work closely with the Corporate Digital team to develop revenue-generating initiatives within the digital ecosystem.
Support photography for digital and advertising purposes
– Digital communications, advertising agencies and corporate brand marketing.
Maintain budget control and oversee media placement schedules in feeder markets.
Determine the total return on investment for a digital marketing campaign.
Develop social communication strategies and public messages.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and drive results to meet their expectations.
Consistently provide professional, friendly and engaging service.

Your experience and skills include:

– At least 4 years of experience in a hotel resort.
Experience in handling a complex role or cluster is an added advantage.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing preferred.
Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, social media publishing tools, and reporting systems.
Experience in developing and implementing creative promotional programmes.
Strong team player with excellent leadership skills.
Proven ability to create partnerships within industry and the community.
Must be self-motivated and able to make decisions while handling many projects simultaneously
