Job description and summary
Coordinate and implement marketing activities under the direction of the Marketing Team Leader and/or Marketing Industry Manager. Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures and audio-visual materials. Update databases with market data. Liaise with the media, advertising agencies and vendors. Coordination of participation in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.

• Support the implementation of marketing plans for global and regional initiatives
• Analysis of KPIs on marketing campaigns to ensure return on investment metrics
• Share coverage with relevant authors on a regular basis
• Commit to and follow the PwC Middle East / Strategy & ME brand in the region and ensure that the business is in line with the company’s overall brand identity
• Works effectively with other parts of the marketing, communications and business development function.
• Work with Events Lead to coordinate marketing events to support industry leaders
• Support colleagues with all marketing communications requests

internal process
• Assist in the implementation of regional marketing plans
• Provide support for all brand needs and requirements both internally and externally
• Track media coverage regularly and compile monthly coverage report
• Prepare required briefs and share them with seniors and other team members
• Support team in handling the logistics of events managed and supported by the company (hotel reservations, restaurants, photography, branding, sending views, etc.)
• Follow up and update project plans
• Handling invitations and logistics for media trainings and photo shoots
• Follow up on deadlines and deliverables with key parties such as vendors of marketing materials, printers, translators, etc.
• Maintain an inventory of branded items and highlight the need for renewal

• Liaise with marketing and corporate knowledge teams on global campaigns, knowledge sharing initiatives and other corporate activities

education

• Fluency in spoken and written English, and Arabic is an advantage

Comprehensive experience
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing

specific experience
• Previous experience in a marketing position
• Experience in the Professional Services Industry in a large first class 4 company specifically in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing is an advantage
• Industry experience in the Middle East preferred

Knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with the professional services industry, including the latest market developments, best practices and trends
• Knowledge of new and traditional marketing channels
• Knowledge of providing service to all sectors of industry and industry in the Middle East PwC LoS
• Good multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to convey points clearly and quickly in person or via telephone conversations
• Proactively seeks advice and approval from other team members
• Knowledge of monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of the company’s reputation and business ethics
• Knowledge in online media, social media marketing, and development of user-friendly digital platforms
• Marketing research skills and competitive intelligence analysis
• Good project management skills and a sense of teamwork
