Our global team is multidisciplinary and combines our core knowledge in accounting and reporting with knowledge in technical and organizational sustainability issues.
Our teams help clients improve and report on their sustainability performance. Specifically, we help clients manage emerging risks, reduce costs by designing and implementing systems and processes and take advantage of opportunities in areas such as climate change, health and safety, labor rights, non-financial reporting, supply chain and environmental management.
the opportunity
The Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team at EY is looking for a market facing talented professional with significant experience in Climate Change and Sustainability Consulting, Sustainable Consulting/ESG including exposure to energy management, ESG strategy, sustainable value creation, ESG due diligence and sustainable finance Preparing environmental, environmental, social and institutional reports. We need candidates with a proven track record of winning and advising major corporations (FTSE 100 / Fortune 500) on sustainability strategy and driving the implementation of such programs to drive and measure the value created.
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a broader team to support business development efforts, win project work and advise EY clients on sustainability consulting and related services.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a market-leading team capable of providing strategic board-level advice and winning significant turnaround engagements that leverage EY’s broader competencies as well as elevate EY’s position in the market, particularly in relation to the energy management and sustainability debate.

To qualify for this role, you must have
At least five years of experience in a position focused on sustainability consulting
University degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline, for example engineering or environmental sciences
Understand the key issues and drivers of energy, green building and sustainability and how they relate to business value
Proven track record of project management and delivery – particularly large-scale sustainability consulting operations. Previous consulting experience is an advantage
Deep understanding of sustainability best practices in the areas of transformation, supply chain, digitization, business model innovation and value measurement
Exceptional business and leadership skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team and environment, managing team members for successful project delivery
Strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills
