Role:
• Responsible for development life cycle activities for all new products and services from concept stage to technical and commercial readiness in accordance with relevant product development standards. This includes managing the entire portfolio of new businesses with full responsibility for profits and losses including revenue, cost and gross margin
• Responsible for revenue and cost P&L for content services and partner management to support new business activities. In addition to relationships with Lifestyle partners such as Entertainer, Urban Point and Nojoom to provide lifestyle benefits and bring on board Marquee partners such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Apple, Google and others as well as launching TV services for Ooredoo customers on OTT platforms.
• Responsible for relations with banks and financial institutions to launch financial services. Develop GTMGo to plan with relevant stakeholders in the company and outside such as technical, financial, organizational, communications, agencies and partners.
• In addition to business improvement and development, by strengthening and developing relationships with customers and partners and working to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and
• Oversee research on innovative services and business opportunities to support new revenue streams and growth opportunities and review the development of innovative service concepts to enhance the company’s reach.

Main responsibilities and activities:
• Create and review business cases including the plan to provide the required products or services within constraints such as time, cost, feasibility study and quality standards.
• Marketing planning and budgeting operations with the ability to understand complex financial information.
• Good knowledge of digital applications, up-to-date in the mobile digital industry, business modeling, current trends, market dynamics and customer needs.
• Evaluate and identify new services that Ooredoo should add.
• Post-launch product analysis management
• Plan and manage new product development with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that they:
• Able to generate revenue
• To have a positive impact on the company’s brand.
• Improving the customer experience
• Dealing with everyday issues
• Review the impacts of risks on the overall scope of development, scheduling, and the end user experience.
• Manage functional testing of commercial projects from the idea stage to live on projects and releases
• Commercial negotiation skills to ensure that all deals and contracts are closed with a higher share of revenue and margin.
• Manage discussions with technology of requirements relating to new products and access channels
• End-to-end negotiation with content suppliers (ie identification of new suppliers, selection of services, termination of contracts, etc.).
• Coordinating the completion and delivery of new product or service projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities across functions, and monitoring and documenting project progress.
• Monitor the ongoing progress in product development in terms of plans versus actual.
• Pre-identify, document and report to stakeholders any deviations from the agreed Product Development delivery plan.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Training, PMO, Technology, TPMO, Finance and Sales to evaluate, plan, coordinate, train and deliver new profitable services up to the commercial launch stage.
• Actively collaborate with test participants and stakeholders within the company in addition to those on the vendor side.
• Oversee research on innovative services and business opportunities to support new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
• Create drivers and review regularly for testing methodology.
• Review the development of innovative service concepts to enhance the company’s reach.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to understand customer needs for end users to develop and deliver new related products and services.
• Keep abreast of the latest international developments in telecom / GSM services and communications in general to benefit the company.
• Attending trainings, seminars, conferences, vendor meetings, presentations and weekly meetings, as needed, to stay fully updated with the latest evolving business ideas

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field of education
