This prestigious Qatari semi-governmental real estate developer is widely known and respected.

Their new vacancy as a Manager, Customer Service will be responsible, as they develop their signature ‘City’ in Qatar, to ensure the optimum customer experience across key touch points and oversee the day-to-day operations of handling customer inquiries, calls, visits, requests and complaints.

The division’s management will handle budget management, customer management and customer operations management in this mixed-use development that includes a range of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality stakeholders. This will require excellent business acumen to maximize process efficiency and will use a CRM strategy and implement a sound roadmap

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related fields
• MA in Business Studies, Sales and Marketing and/or MBA preferred
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
• 8-12+ years of experience managing a customer services department in an organization, preferably in the GCC real estate industry
• A customer centric mindset, proven experience in positively handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Must have working knowledge of small to medium sized group outsourcing operations
