We are looking for a Director to join our team at the start of an exciting growth curve in the MENA region. We are looking for people who are passionate about adding real value to clients, as well as ambition and the potential to grow with us.

Your main responsibilities

As a member of the Business Consulting team, you will help the world’s leading organizations improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment while appropriately enabling financial transformation and technologies. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, offering diverse perspectives to each challenge. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our business and our client network, building relationships with our clients’ key stakeholders and contributing to the overall revenue generation efforts of the broad consulting organization.

Make significant changes to the financial function operating model and skill set using best-in-class model for internal and partner resources/assets
Reducing the costs of financial functions through new technologies and automation
Optimizing the use of Global Business Services (GBS) infrastructure, outsourcing and SSC
Leverage Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to budget and plan for appropriate technology use

To qualify for this role, you must have

– 5-8 years of relevant work experience
– Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (Preferred)
Strong people management and leadership skills
– Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to create business deals and submit business proposals
– Develop and maintain relationship at C-suite level

Ideally, you will also have

Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA
Relevant certifications from SAP are preferred
Prepare to travel extensively across the region
