Management Trainee Program:
Rotation program of 12-18 months specially for recent graduates (0-2 years of experience) within L’Oréal departments in the fields (Marketing – Sales – Trade Marketing).
As a management trainee, you get the opportunity to work closely with senior managers and senior executives at L’Oréal, meet assigned project objectives and deliver outstanding results with hands-on experience, participate in assigned department activities, and present each individual project to senior executives upon completion of the programme.
This unique experience and presentation ensures that you will have the ‘big picture’ to pursue a successful career within the L’Oréal Group.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor/Masters student or young graduate with less than two years full-time work experience
– Strong communication, analytical and networking skills
Feeling of beauty, creativity and innovation
– Able to act quickly, decision maker
Business oriented (experience gained through internships, study abroad, activity in student organizations)
Flexible and self-motivated
– mastering English language
