Work responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and solution-driven Loyalty Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating projects, as well as delivering projects and organizing various tasks for the Head of Department, sending out weekly dashboards to brands, supporting program experiences and benefits, and supporting in project follow-up and administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for coordinating different teams on projects and supporting the Section Head on key assignments, reports, presentations and special projects
You will be responsible for supporting and assisting with meetings and events, organizing workshops, training courses and renewing programs
Ensure all MUSE Marketing warranties and updates are sent and received by the retail teams
Communicate weekly goals and dashboards to brand managers and store staff

Curate MUSE exclusive experiences related to the Saudi market
– Internally with MUSE Brands

– Support in customer journey mapping

Employment

Responsible for weekly recurring tasks such as sending the dashboard to brands and senior leadership, organizing case meetings, etc.
You will be responsible for following up on the day-to-day activities related to the job with minimal supervision to ensure business continuity
Escalate complex issues to the person concerned to ensure efficient and timely closure of the case/case
Create process and work method documents and ensure team tasks are tracked according to priorities
Ensure that the feedback received is categorized and passed to each project stream owner

Work closely with the Head of Department and the UAE MUSE team to ensure that key tasks and defined deliverables for KWT . are in motion
Understand barriers and provide solutions for approval
Submit reports and track tasks in an organized manner and ensure adherence to team deadlines
Follow up with third parties and brands on pending orders

Project manager

Prepare excellent presentations for senior leadership teams
Produce status summaries of the verified project according to a defined calendar
Take minutes of the meeting from each task
Follow up on approval and payment cycles and report delays
– Manage budget tracking, billing and reconciliation
Participate in relevant community projects and activities when needed

Profile personly

Previous experience working in advertising or marketing as an account manager
Understand the luxury market.
Passionate about working in a startup environment and learning from functional teams
Must be highly organized, proactive and solution driven
– Can provide examples of strong PowerPoint skills and effective storytelling – We’d love to see your work.
– Good with Microsoft Excel and learn new tools
Great attention to detail and the ability to connect dots with different flows
Experience in project coordination
Excellent at co-operation
Excellent in communication and relationship building
