Manama, June 30 (BNA) The Labor Market Regulatory Authority carried out an inspection campaign in the Southern Governorate.
The campaign reported many violations of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority’s regulations, and the necessary legal measures were taken.
The campaign came in cooperation with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs of the Ministry of Interior and the Southern Governorate Directorate and included work sites in the governorate.
It reflects the efforts of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority, the Ministry of Interior and other government agencies to improve the work environment. In addition to addressing the level of close monitoring of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority in practices that affect competitiveness, flexibility and labor market fairness and their negative impact on social security.
The Labor Market Regulatory Authority stressed the importance of society’s role in supporting the government’s efforts in maintaining economic, social, security and health stability. In addition, the public is urged to report any violations in the labor market and about irregular migrant workers.
