Looking for a legal secretary in Saudi Arabia:

• You must have at least 3 years experience as a legal secretary
• You will have experience assisting a team in various matters such as drafting legal documents (including reports, memoranda and correspondence), assisting associates in court proceedings, conducting legal research and supervising the administrative functions of the office.
• Due to Saudization, only Saudi Arabian nationals will be considered

The appropriate candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of secretarial experience from a professional services company
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Sound knowledge of office procedures
• Working knowledge of record keeping techniques
• Fast typing speed in English is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with most senior executives
