Manama, Dec. 3 (BNA): Minister of Labor, Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, met in his office with the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Free Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions, Yaqoub Yusuf Muhammad, who was accompanied by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors. They reviewed the most important trade union achievements in the Kingdom of Bahrain and ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and trade union organizations within the framework of social dialogue between the three production parties.
The Minister of Labor was briefed on the goals of the Free Retirees Center, which is scheduled to be launched by Al-Hur in the next stage. The center will include a group of retirees and aims to serve this group and benefit from their long experience in training young talents.
The Minister of Labor affirmed the positive contribution of trade union organizations, stressing the importance of joint coordination to improve the work environment.
The Chairman of the Executive Board of Al-Hur Foundation praised the cooperation between the two sides, pointing to the support of the Ministry of Labor for human resources and its unremitting efforts to advance trade union work.
