Manama, April 12 (BNA) The Minister of Labor and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan met with the President of the National Institution for Human Rights Ali Ahmed Al. Drazy.
The meeting discussed developments and practices of the human rights system in the Kingdom.
The Minister was briefed on the efforts of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority in promoting the rights of workers and children and combating human trafficking.
He referred to the care provided to children and the provision of various types of health and developmental care.
Al-Darazi stressed the importance of cooperation to promote children’s rights and the Kingdom’s position in protecting workers and combating trafficking.
