Rome, November 25 (BNA) His Majesty’s Adviser for Diplomatic Affairs, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met today in the Vatican, the Vatican City’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cardinal Pietro Parolin. He praised the distinguished friendship relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Vatican and their steady growth. He also expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to further enhance bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of the two friendly countries.
For his part, Cardinal Pietro Parolin expressed his appreciation for meeting Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, praising Bahrain as a model of coexistence, tolerance and openness.
