Manama, November 28 (BNA) The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, received today Counselor Muhammad Abdul Rahman Khalil, who presented him with a copy of his master’s thesis in criminal response to torture crimes. Obtained from the University of Bahrain (UoB).
The Minister of Justice praised the efforts made in preparing the letter, wishing Counselor Muhammad Abdul Rahman Khalil more success in his academic and professional career.
