Manama, September 9 (BNA) The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and Chairman of the Supreme Committee to Supervise the Integrity of Parliamentary Elections, Nawaf bin Muhammad Al-Maawdah, today issued a decree (119) for the year 2022.
Under the decree, the head of the Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission, Counselor Nawaf Abdullah Hamza, was appointed as executive director of the elections for members of the House of Representatives.
The Executive Director shall supervise all administrative and technical preparations necessary for the election of members of the House of Representatives.
The decree also stipulated that the Executive Director would appoint the necessary personnel to assist the electoral committees according to the needs of each committee.
