The Junior Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support of all kinds to the talent acquisition team.
Follow up on employment contracts to ensure they are prepared and signed in an accurate and timely manner, as well as on pre-employment documents and visas.
Pre-screening selected resumes and coordinating with recruiters and line managers to schedule interviews within a specified time frame.
Process employment documents and information from a variety of sources in order to support ongoing workflow.
– Manage tests for shortlisted candidates and transferred employees, calculating results and entering them into the database.
Maintaining the recruitment system by updating it on a daily basis and managing online job advertisements.
Provide the selected candidates with the necessary support during the preparation phase in order to ensure smooth motivation in the company.
Informing candidates of the status of their applications over the phone or through the recruitment system.
Collaborate with universities and institutions in order to build effective working relationships that meet the needs of talent acquisition.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, General Administration or a related field or equivalent technical degree (TS)
0-1 years of training or work experience in Human Resources
– mastering English language
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
