The Junior Payroll Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive professional payroll and transactional activities to provide effective and efficient service to the group.
Receiving and preparing employee document requests such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, payment vouchers, identity cards, employee discount cards, passport transfers, and others.
– Dealing with and following up the bank account opening for new entrants and ensuring that the bank’s requirements regarding new applications are met
Ensure timely and accurate collection, entry and preservation of employee data
Provide customer service support to internal clients and handle insurance claims
