Processing customer accounts statement and aging reports
Follow up with clients on late payments
Post accounts receivable and payable entries into the ERP system
Handling cash deposits and ensuring that customer accounts and cash are recorded in the fund
Analyze any financial discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of accounting reports
Ensure the accuracy of the data in the accounting system and correct any errors
Prepare custom reports in Excel to keep accurate records for future retrieval
Perform any other function that may be assigned to the Account Manager
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum Experience: 2+ years in Accounts Department
Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of ERP or any other accounting system
time management capabilities
