• Install and configure computers, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Keep track of technological developments and trends in IT support.
• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or minimum 3 years experience
• Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage (eg, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
• Working knowledge and experience with a variety of software, hardware, networks, servers and applications.
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of computer networks, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Good interpersonal skills and should be able to interact with all employees at all levels and staff
• Willingness to solve complex problems and follow projects to completion.
• Creativity, openness to new ideas and the ability to multitask effectively
• A team-oriented attitude to assist colleagues and other departments with technical problems.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize many projects simultaneously.
