IT Development Manager is required to work for our group of companies which is based in Dubai. The purpose of the IT Development Manager role is to support all IT projects/software developed and purchasing group companies by managing the day-to-day operations of the development team and providing IT development service for all business areas. The role will also have a strong strategic focus. To be a successful IT Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing an IT development service and driving the continuous improvement of all IT systems, processes and people.
As the IT Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading all development teams for software design, troubleshooting and improvement. You’ll monitor the schedule for each platform and apps, solve issues, analyze trends and make sure we meet deadlines. You will develop short and long term technology development strategies to manage scalable software products.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing the objectives of the software development projects for which your team is responsible. Your job will be to ensure that the program meets appropriate standards and adheres to market research, design the appropriate program document and protocol, and maintain program components. You will oversee every software project in its entirety and all team members, which means that great communication skills are required for this position.
