Based in Riyadh, the role of the IT Administrative Assistant will be to support the IT team with all equipment coordination, basic troubleshooting and act as the first point of contact for all IT inquiries in the area. You will be organized and active in providing first class service and support to regional staff, and represent the IT team as an efficient and friendly problem solver. There will also be an opportunity for the successful individual to assist with ongoing projects such as regular asset upgrades and new technology integration.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English language skills, combined with Arabic fluency, and be active and helpful in his or her daily tasks. You must be able to work independently and within a team to ensure that all deadlines are met, provide consistent communications with all involved in the process, and raise any significant issues with your IT Manager.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally obtain a degree in Information Technology. New graduates are also encouraged to apply. Combined with excellent communication skills, you will use scholastic knowledge and/or work experience in the IT field to diagnose core IT issues and escalate more serious issues to the relevant team member. You will possess basic knowledge of LAN and IP and will be familiar with Windows 10, MAC OS, MS Office and cloud file sharing.
