Manama, March 1 (BNA): Investcorp Technology Partner (ITP), a European technology investor, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in cybersecurity company HWG.
HWG Co-Founder and CEO, Enrico Orlandi, and other co-founders, Claudia Rangoni, Andrea Boni and Andrea Pommari, will continue to lead the company, having retained their ownership in HWG along with Investcorp.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Verona, Italy, HWG is an independent provider of cyber security solutions in Italy, with expertise in Security Operations Center solutions.
