Manama, August 16 (BNA) The Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier General Muhammad Abdullah Al-Haram, inaugurated the first Arab Youth Forum for Artificial Intelligence.
The forum was actually held under the auspices of the Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al-Hassan.
It aims to highlight IT talents among young people and teach them the principles of artificial intelligence.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, Brigadier Adel Amin, said that the concept of the forum is to expand the use of artificial intelligence applications within the framework of the royal directives for the use of technology in all sectors.
He highlighted government support led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The Assistant Undersecretary praised the dedication of the Minister of Interior, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to benefiting from the energy of youth in programs and activities to promote digital transformation.
