Manama, November 20 (BNA) Interior Minister Lt. Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa today received First Deputy Director of National Intelligence Stacey Dixon. The meeting was attended by Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al-Hassan.
The Minister of Interior welcomed the US official for her visit to participate in the annual Manama Dialogue 2021, pointing out the importance of the annual forum, which was held for 17 years to promote joint action and coordinate efforts to confront regional challenges.
He said that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to promote coexistence and a peaceful culture as part of the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He praised the strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States and the joint efforts to enhance regional and international security. During the meeting, security coordination and cooperation were reviewed.
