Manama, November 7 (BNA) The Minister of Interior received Lt. Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, former Chief of Defense Staff of the British Armed Forces, retired General Sir Nicholas Carter. The Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Tariq Al-Hassan, attended.
The Minister of Interior welcomed the American official, praising the historical relations between the two friendly countries and their dedication to developing them.
The meeting reviewed regional security issues.
