Manama, November 30 (BNA) The Inspector General, Major General Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, visited the General Directorate of Women’s Police today, Tuesday. He was received by the Director General, Brigadier General Mona Ali Abdel Rahim, and some female officers.
The visit comes as part of a series of inspection visits by the inspector general of the directorates of the Ministry of Interior to learn more about their readiness to provide the best security services to citizens and residents.
He was briefed on the history of the women’s police and the force’s contributions, tasks and duties in serving the community and protecting the public as a whole.
He praised the distinguished security role of the Directorate, and thanked its employees for their dedication to protecting security and public order. He praised the professionalism and efficiency of the women police.
