We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the Infrastructure department on this landmark project.
We are looking for candidates with infrastructure experience along with a working background of a real estate developer or PMC / engineering consultancy to carry out the following:
Assist in the development of project management strategy and delivery.
Assist and participate in the procurement of required consultants and subcontractors for all infrastructure packages.
– Assist in planning and organizing projects.
Inform management of daily updates on the status of project implementation.
– Reviewing the bid, recommending and awarding these packages at the end.
Assist in managing the design, delivery, quality time, cost and delivery of these key packages.
Manage your sub-consultants and supervisors and lead the assigned sub-contractors.
Manage an extended professional team comprising of local and international consultants, sub-consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders from time to time as it will be the client’s role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Previous experience working with a PMC or Developer as a Project Manager
More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure construction management
Previous experience in Oman
– Ideally currently in Oman
