Job description and summary

We help our clients plan, finance, manage and deliver large scale infrastructure and capital projects. As part of the team, you will work with our clients throughout the entire life cycle of an infrastructure project by bringing together our engineering, technical, sectoral and financial expertise to help our clients make a difference for the future.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with a team of junior resources on creating content across different types of deliverables with significant oversight by a manager such as Information. Memos, financial models, project risk matrices, term papers, feasibility reports, concepts, option analysis, payment structures, and senior management presentations.
– Conduct negotiations with clients on engagement issues and on behalf of clients regarding engagements.
Participate in business development initiatives, including supporting the manager and partner in identifying new opportunities, producing content for proposals and conducting research into clients, projects, products and industries.
Develop and maintain internal and external networks with various stakeholders such as buyers, regulators and senior management of clients.
Train junior team members on day-to-day implementation activities and on a larger scale in career advancement within the company.
Manage internal deal management requirements such as being responsible for all risk and compliance checks for clients and securing all internal approvals.
Support partners/managers in franchise development and marketing efforts in social media, thought leadership and sponsored conferences.

Work requirements:
– The approach of commercial projects and the commercial mentality towards implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred but not necessary).
Powerful MS Office capabilities across PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Exposure to teamwork in a high intensity environment; Ability to work independently.
Desire to succeed in a demanding and creative environment, entrepreneurship, continuous learning and development of business skills.
Knowledge, interest and experience in infrastructure and government market.
Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn new skills and markets.
Ability to absorb complex business issues quickly.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills and a history of significant client exposure.
High ambition coupled with the ability to achieve effective teamwork.

Enthusiasm to participate in marketing and business development.
Experience in financial modeling (development or review).

Educational and experience requirements:
– MBA (Finance) from a reputable business school (preferred) or a graduate of a reputable university with a major in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or Engineering.
CFA certificate holder (preferred but not required).
At least 8 years of relevant experience with Big 4 financial advisory, boutique advisory or financial institution such as investment, commercial bank or private equity fund.
