We are looking for a candidate (Junior: 2-3 years experience & Senior: 5-8 years experience in the role) with strong communication skills, socially confident personality, willing to learn and good looking. Must have experience in fit out/construction industry in Qatar.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing new marketing strategies.
• Work with and expand existing prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target.
• Develop database and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and presenting presentation to clients after researching their business requirements.
• Understand potential business needs and work with expert teams to develop tailored proposals.
• Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
• Leads the development and preparation of RFPs, prequalifications, and formal presentations.
• Lead the bid preparation and submission in coordination with the technical team.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and progress of open deals.
• Develop strong and long-term relationships with potential clients (owner’s representatives, architects, interior designers, etc.).

• Experience in the construction/fit-out industry with existing clients.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Qatar experience is essential.
• Qatari driving license.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
