Manama, March 11 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information Affairs, Dr. Abdulrahman Muhammad Bahr, extended sincere congratulations to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women. To be at the forefront of the list published by the Contemporary and Historical Women’s Leadership Initiative announced by the European Union Delegation to the United Nations and the Permanent Mission of Gabon, on the occasion of UNESCO’s launch of the International Women’s Day in Pluralism initiative.
Dr. Bahr praised the pioneering role played by Her Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa in enhancing the status of Bahraini women, with the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He said that the global honor granted to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa as President of the Supreme Council for Women represents a source of pride for all people in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
