Information Ministry National Days festival to kick off tomorrow Friday

Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): On the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s celebration of its national holidays, in celebration of the anniversary of the establishment of the modern Bahraini state as an Arab and Islamic state founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783 and the anniversary of His Majesty the King’s accession to the throne. The National Days Festival, organized by the Ministry of Information, will start tomorrow, Friday, in the heritage village of Ras Hayyan. .

The festival will be open to the public from 5 pm to 11 pm and will continue until December 19. It will witness a wide range of public events and activities, including folklore bands and a popular market.

Several public institutions are participating in this year’s festival, including the ministries of education, health and tourism, the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) and the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA).

The Ministry of Information Festival, which is one of the special events for celebrating national holidays, provides an opportunity to enjoy a special atmosphere in the heritage village, which includes buildings and urban models that reflect different stages of Bahrain’s history.
