Manama, Jan. 13 (BNA) Minister of Information Affairs Ali bin Muhammad Al-Rumaihi said that Bahrain’s foreign policy and diplomacy stem from the authentic Arab values and foundations that have always characterized the Kingdom’s society.
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa praised the royal support for the Kingdom’s foreign policy and diplomacy, which enhance Bahrain’s position as a beacon of tolerance and a symbol of peace, coexistence and acceptance of the other.
He praised the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praising Bahrain’s diplomatic achievements on the Arab and regional arenas.
This statement came on the occasion of the Bahraini Diplomatic Day, which falls on January 14 of each year, by order of His Majesty the King, in appreciation of the pivotal role played by the Kingdom’s diplomacy across all international forums and its contribution to global peace and security.
Al-Rumaihi praised the efforts made by the Kingdom’s diplomatic corps in various fields, led by Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, to convey Bahrain’s humanitarian message to the world.
He praised Bahrain’s diplomatic approach and foreign policy record based on respect, good neighborliness and contribution to global peace and security within the framework of His Majesty the King’s national vision and Bahrain’s ancient history.
