Manama, Dec. 1 (BNA) The seventh edition of the annual customer service conference in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will open today (Thursday) at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center.
The event will be sponsored by Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, under the theme “Customers in the Age of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence”.
The discussion forum will bring together experts and executives representing various sectors. Among them are the Bahrain Bankers Association (Chairman of the Board of Directors Adnan Yousef, Chairman of the Al-Rashed Group and member of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sheikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa, Senior Vice Chairman of KPMB Jamal Fakhro, and CEO of Gulf Link Firas Ahmed.
The session will be moderated by Abdullah Al-Hamid, President of the Bahrain Internet Society.
