Manama, March 8 (BNA) The CEO of the Information and e-Government Authority, Muhammad Ali Al-Qaed, met with Ali Darwish, Head of Customer Services, to discuss improvements to the Tawasul application.
The Leader stressed the importance of the Fikra competition, which was launched based on the directives of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
He pointed out that the competition promotes creativity in the public sector in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
Al-Qaed explained that the Tawasul application enhances transparency between beneficiaries and government agencies.
He stressed the authority’s commitment to improving government services, and emphasized efforts to draw up an executive plan to present it to the Minister of Interior, Lieutenant-General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
