Rome, November 1 (BNA): Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored his 150th goal in the Italian league as Milan scored their first home defeat in the Italian Serie A soccer league with a 2-1 victory over Roma at the Olimpico stadium on Sunday to match that. Napoli, the leaders of the Italian League.
The 40-year-old striker fired a low free kick into the bottom corner in the 25th minute to put the visitors ahead after a live start, his 400th goal in total in the domestic leagues, Reuters reported.
Ibrahimovic finished second with a brilliantly ruled out offside after the break, just like teammate Rafael Leao in the first half, before falling under Roger Ibanez’s challenge to score a penalty converted by Frank Casey in the 57th minute.

Mourinho looked furious at the end of a frantic match as a run of 43 matches ended unbeaten at home in the Serie A.
That series included two seasons in which he won the title at Inter Milan between 2008 and 2010 and his period with Roma, which he joined at the end of the season and has not lost at home since March.
Mourinho, who was dissatisfied with the officials, told DAZN: “Congratulations to Milan. I don’t want to say anything else otherwise I won’t be on the bench on Sunday.”

With this victory, Milan leaves second place with 31 points, with leaders Napoli, who are behind on goal difference and 12 points behind Rome, who is in fourth place. Inter Milan is third with 24.
Milan became the fourth team in Serie A history to win 10 of their first 11 matches in a season after Roma, Napoli (twice, including this season) and Juventus (twice).
“These games give us strength, faith and morale. We must ride the wave of this positive moment while staying focused,” Milan coach Stefano Pioli told DAZN.
“We played a great match 11 against 11. We have to play some matches with this character, because in football you never know how long a moment like this lasts. Now is the time to be bold and not afraid.”
The match started at a high pace, but neither side was able to score with their efforts until Ibrahimovic hit a powerful free kick in the lower corner past the wall to defeat goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
Leo and Ibrahimovic’s goals were disallowed for offside either side of the break after both strikers finished in fine form, but the Rossoneri doubled their lead when Ibanez collided with Ibrahimovic in the penalty area after a quick counter-attack from Milan.
Roma protested the decision and referee Fabio Maresca took a second look at the pitchside video assistant referee (VAR) screen but stood by his original call and turned Casey from 12 yards away.
Hernandez, returning to Milan after recovering from Covid-19, received a second yellow card for dropping Lorenzo Pellegrini on the edge of the penalty area, which will exclude him from next week’s derby match against Inter Milan through suspension.
Roma struggled to demonstrate their numerical superiority until late when El Shaarawy curled the ball into the net in stoppage time and substitute Carles Perez fired a powerful shot from diver Cibrian Tatarusano.
