Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through HR solutions. You’ll handle issues related to people analytics, strategic partnership, performance, and operations
As an experienced participant/assistant, you will work as part of a problem solver team, helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to implementation. Professional skills and responsibilities at PwC for this management level include but are not limited to:
– Analytics and visualization of people’s data
– Regularly update tools and dashboards to support leadership discussions
– Human capital operations and system management
Support the HCBL team with performance, salary review and talent management exercises
Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths and address areas of development.
